What Does a Typical Home Inspection Cover?
Commonly Found Inspection Problems
Some of the more common issues we find are things that can be addressed by the homeowner before the inspection, saving time and headaches later in negotiations. Simple things such as adequate downspouts, having coverplates on electrical switches and outlets, replacing missing shingles, and changing faulty toilet flapper valves, are inexpensive fixes that can save the homeowner time and money later in the transaction.
